Flows are up on the Truckee River. Nice big Spring flows.
This is the time of year the whole river can fish well. Flows coming out of the dam from Lake Tahoe at Tahoe City are 350 cfs. Meaning the upper stretch which is normally very low is fishable.
Sun is out and the trouts are biting.
Good wading flows will be from above Boca, on up to Truckee, and towards Tahoe City. Way bigger below Boca, and through Reno. The weekend warrior may have a hard time through the lower sections at these flows.
