Rain and mountain snow on the Truckee River. It's that time of year. We always need it.
Pretty warm storms so the rivers been up and down. Feels pretty mild out actually.
As far as the fishing goes, cloud and rain makes excellent fishing. Some rivers fish good on the rise, and some good on the drop. I like it on a slight rise, but I really like it when it's dropping after it's come up a bunch. At least here on the Truckee. If you can time it right, you can get the biggest fish during these times. Kinda like steelheading.
With the mild weather the Ca side is fishing, if it gets really cold then concentrate more on the Nevada side. If you're a Truckee River angler, you should have a fishing license in both states.
